Dr. Lubetsky graduated from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine
Dr. Lubetsky is a graduate of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He continued his post-graduate medical training at the Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center and The Mount Sinai Medical Center, both in New York City. Dr. Lubetsky received additional medical training at the University of Colorado (Denver) and the University of Arizona (Tuscon). A primary care physician for nearly 30 years, Dr. Lubetsky has had extensive training and clinical experience in the areas of addiction medicine, pain management, infectious diseases and medical aesthetics. With specialized fellowship training in integrative medicine, Dr. Lubetsky promotes wellness and disease prevention, and stresses the importance of healthy diet, regular exercise and restful sleep. An expert in medication management, he often suggests safer alternatives to standard prescription drugs.

In the role of clinician, Iznaldy Denis-Smith APRN,FNP-BC is highly skilled at diagnosing and treating common and chronic illnesses, with a meticulous attention for patient care and a seasoned expert in managing both procedural and emergency medicine situations. Her experience allows for comprehensive assessments in both diagnosing and treating a broad and diverse array of acute and chronic illnesses. She continued her education and practice with a speciality in addiction medicine, providing an expertise in counseling, advice, and treatment options for patients managing their addictions. These specialties include managing and adjusting Suboxone and Buprenorphine dosages to meet patients’ needs. She has an immaculate track record in patient management and will always place her priority to patients’ comfort and care.
